Anytime I had a question throughout the process, I got a response in under 5 minutes. And I mean anything... "What shipping vessel is my car on?" Julian responded almost immediately "Siem Aristotle, expected to dock on..." As an out-of-state buyer, I considered a one-way flight to pickup my new car but work obligations ended up winning so I requested that Julian arrange for transport. My new car was delivered to my driveway just 2 days after finalizing paperwork (remotely). Absolutely remarkable service from Julian, and at a price that couldn't be beat.
