Worst Service Department for high end luxury cars! Brought my car in for service, when I brought her home I noticed 3 deep tiny scratches on my car just under when closed the bonnet meets the body on the drivers side. Called service immediately to report the issue. I call again and he tells me to take photos and send them. Then I called again and he said to bring the vehicle back to them for their detailer. When I arrive he then videos my car with his cell phone, much later he comes back with a tablet saying those scratches were already there when I brought my car in for service that day. He never mentioned that to me on the phone the numerous times I called him and he said they are not responsible for the damage. Then he said here is the video time stamped the day you brought the car in and there are the scratches. Tiny scratches you can not even take a photo of due to my car being black.Time stamped? Really? Does he think I am stupid? Anyone knows with what I just stated before plus you can time stamp anything to whatever date you want. Anyone that knows anything about IT knows how to photoshop to suit your narrative. I do hope BMW America & those at BMW Germany, along with service customers here know how this company is doing business when it comes to service & practically calling their customers liars!
