Ian Higgins was awesome. He was so excited to show us the vehicle that we came to look at. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the whole buying experience. We even contacted him a few days later, because we had forgot something in our trade in and he was able to find it, which included looking through the garbage. He was able to find it and fedex it to us, with no trouble. We will definitely be back for my mustang, in the near future.

They insisted that the car I was interested in buying, would be like new upon delivery. My satisfaction was their biggest concern. They did not disappoint. The best car buying experience I have ever had.

Dealership is great. The car sucked. Never had so many problems with a car before (including used ones). The steering was a problem from day one. All the unwanted and useless accessories that made driving more difficult. Was not told that I bought a sports car. Bought a new 2021 330i. Biggest mistake I ever made (car wise). Will never own another BMW. Kept it for only 30 days. Couldn't take is any longer. Was very very lucky to be able to get my old car back. Which is far far superior to the BMW.

Whitney is a top-notch talented professional and was a true pleasure to work with.  She was prompt to respond to all my questions through email, text, phone and live streams!   The multiple live streams included a walk-through of the car, introductions to the staff at the dealership, and the meeting with finance! I felt no pressure and didn't feel rushed.  The final price was exactly as negotiated.  I highly recommend Whitney and the BMW of Peoria dealership. The service is unmatched.  Thank you!

If I could rate a zero, then I would. I scheduled services online and set an 8 o’clock appointment. I came in to drop my vehicle off and several employees stood around in an office and did not even acknowledge my presence. They had opened the bay for another lady and asked her to step into the office. As I continued to stand there for another 5-10 minutes just to see if they would even acknowledge me, still no eye contact or communication. I then proceeded to get ba k into my vehicle to drive off, then one of the employees stuck his head outside the door as to look to see if I was leaving. Still in my dismay, no words or conversation. If I have to drive 100 miles to get my vehicle serviced then I will. I will never ever try to request service from them in this life time. This business need to thoroughly train their employees are on customer service. I am totality disgusted and disappointed.

From the moment I arrived at O’Hare from Washington DC, your limousine was waiting for me within five minutes of my call, as promised. After my flight and short drive to the dealership, I appreciated the expeditious paper work, with no surprises as your office had already provided me advance copies of everything I was going to sign, and, what to bring along with me; very professional. And although I had done my research on your dealership and saw the video, I was surprise with the large inventory of high-end vehicles. So although I was there for the 2015 BMW 535 for my wife, I saw the next car that I want, the Audi S8!
