We keep trying to finalize purchase of a new X3. First, they sent us home a week ago with nothing in writing on "deal" we were promised. Next, it took all week to get Gary Finance mgr on the phone. Thursday, we reviewed figures and I told him we're coming in 10 a.m. Friday and I need to be out in one hour, he said ok. We arrived at dealership Friday, ready to trade for our X3, and paperwork not ready. We got asked the same questions mulitple times by sales rep on behalf of Gary whom we never met. I had to leave for work after more than three hours of waiting, then they promised to deliver our X3 to our home. Yesterday. At the end of the day, they promised to deliver at 10 a.m. today, and now it's one hour later and no X3. They don't keep appointments with customers, they don't respect our time or value us, and the don't tell the truth. They're disorganized and inattentive, my worst car buying experience, ever.
