This was the best experience I have ever had. I took a test drive in the morning, and I drove my new vehicle home before noon. No high-pressure sales talk. Everyone in the entire dealership was genuinely friendly. They also gave me a cinnamon coffee cake from confectionary in Morton. Just another going above and beyond an extra mile to satisfy their customers. I also received a phone call from Stephen a week later to make sure everything was well. WOW I was so impressed.

I heard a salesman say that buying a new car shouldn't have to suck. I can say, for the first time, that that was the case here. There was absolutely no pressure. There was nothing hidden, they were transparent and Carla explained everything in full detail down to the penny. Clay brought the invoice out to me-without me even asking for it (at other dealerships you have to fight for it). I have never been treated this well at any other dealership.

Poage is the only service center I have used for the last 15 years. I usually get an appointment to have the oil changed within a week from the time that I call. I like to talk to Dan. I always wait, the accommodations are very nice. I had a surprise on my last bill, they rotated my tires without letting me know ahead of time. I left the next morning for 3 1/2 hour trip. I got out on the road and my right rear tire said too high. I had to stop & let the air out. I’m not sure this is what you wanted to hear. Please consider this a very minor complaint. I value all the service workers at Poage and will continue using their services.

Ken Nelson's service depart is wonderful, always very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus sales rep Cayden Erickson was amazing to work with, he was very kind and made the experience as positive as possible. HOWEVER had horrible experience with a gentleman by the name of Drew Rowley/ Buick GMC Sales Manager. He was rude, condescending, and demonstrated false advertisement, for example by starting the negotiation with a $3,000 higher price than what the sticker on the vehicle stated. Unfortunately, that's not a way to draw customers in and keep customers coming back, in my opinion.
