This is our second vehicle purchased from Ben Davis in 3 years. Everyone is very friendly and down to earth. I looked all over for a pickup truck but in the end Ben Davis had the best vehicle with the best price . I really appreciated the full tank of gas also. The last truck I bought from a popular dealership in Fort Wayne was given to me with an 1/8 of a tank , so we really appreciated them going the extra mile. I was especially Impressed with Touhami our sales guy. I talked to him for a few months looking for a good truck. Most dealerships I dealt with during this search blew me off because I had to do everything over the phone because of a very busy work schedule, but Touhami was extremely patient and always got back to me within minutes of me texting him with vehicle options. In the end he did not stop until he found me the perfect vehicle for the best price. Probably the best salesman I have ever dealt with . We will most definitely be using him if we find ourselves in need of another vehicle. Arturo in financing was also top notch finding us an amazing monthly payment 40 dollars cheaper per month if what we had budgeted. He also was very down to earth and we talked about our kids and families and not just business which was nice .

Stay away from this stealership!! They are lying cheats!! Don't make the same mistake I did... if you do remember I tried to warn you. This dealership pulled every trick in the book on me. From upping the price at signing without telling me to selling me what they told me was a mopar warranty only to find out its not. Also lying to me about making an order change even when I picked up the vehicle they lied to my face!! Only to find out later qhen of course nothing could be done.. again strongly do not recommend buying anything here.

My husband and I were mislead and lied to several times by the salesman and told us vehicle passed inspection since purchase we have had to put over 3,000 dollars in said purchase since this past November which is bull yes it was used but we drove it 2 times and it's been in shop repeatedly since. What happened to good quality customer service we will never buy another vehicle from John Jones again neither will either of our families an they buy new vehicles every 2 years. SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY LIKE THEY THINK. We work hard for what we have and since we didn't purchase new we were treated very badly

took my buick in for oil change & tire rotation.marked my tires to make sure they were rotated. this came with a multipoint inspection.when I picked up my car to my dismay my marked tires were in the same place as when i dropped it off. they were not rotated but the inspection revealed my brakes were good. how do you inspect the brakes without taking the ties off?so I was riding around with my family thinking my brakes were good when they were not even inspected they lied to us and got caught.on top of all this they did this not once but TWICE!! CROOKS!!!!!!

Apparently they removed my previous review again (two times now) which further emphasizes the abhorrent experience I was subjected to and the lack of professionalism of this place. Why Google would allow a valid review to be removed is also extremely concerning. Never do business with Paul Sur Buick GMC. The following encompasses the original review and an update with what transpired since then. I was treated in the most disgusting fashion at this establishment. I was directed by General Motors to take my vehicle to Paul Sur to have an issue with my vehicle addressed and to have the cost covered under warranty and through the General Motors Customer Assistence program if necessary. I paid out of pocket to have the "diagnosis" performed even though I showed up with the service bulletin from General Motors and handed it to them. I am now being told by General Motors that Paul Sur is not participating in the Customer Assistance process to get this known issue which should be covered under warranty addressed even though this is a known issue with this vehicle. I also was denied service in direct violation of the law pertaining to my use of a service animal. The managers went on to threaten me with legal action and to call law enforcement on me. They even told me they would not sell me a vehicle at all. This has been absolutely humiliating. Original deleted review: I want to make it will known this place is horrible. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. They literally violate complying with laws and the managers (Lee Lugo and the other man did not provide his name, but it is Mike Somers) treated me in the most abhorrent, discriminatory, and disrespectful manner by threatening me, saying they would not sell me a vehicle, and telling me they were going to call law enforcement on me. I even worked to share with them they were violating the law in attempt to de-escalate the situation and they persisted and said he did not care. I contacted General Motors to file a complaint and will make sure they are addressed to the fullest extent. This all transpired even after I paid them money for service on one of my vehicles

Out of state buyer from Minnesota. Looked at multiple, easily 10+ GMC Sierras online, from multiple websites. Ended up using / finding my truck on autotrader. Kelley absolutely had best vehicles, from a quality perspective, and the best price, than any other dealer in US. No haggle, no surprises, gave me the most for my trade, than any other dealer. Felt absolutely comfortable with puchasing site unseen. Drove my trade from MN on a Sunday, met with Mark on Monday morning, was on my way back to MN before noon. All would not be possible without assistance from my salesperson Mark Williams and Mike Hamilton in Finance. Can't say enough good things about both, Mark and Mike are both, genuine, honest, straight shooters. If you're looking for someone you can trust I would highly recommend requesting Mark Williams, you will not be dissapointed.
