Upon arrival I had requested Adam Nash, as he is the salesman that responded to my e-mail. Adam handed us over to Thomas Lee. Thomas was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. After showing us 3 different trucks, our son decided on the truck he couldn't live without. Crazy, he went to look at Chevy Sliverado trucks and totally fell in love with a Dodge Ram. I asked for the car fax on the Ram truck which Thomas Lee graciously printed and presented to me. I noticed there was a recall on the truck and asked about it. As the car fax did indicate there was not a fix for the recall yet. I was told this was not an issue, that if it were, they could not have put the truck on the lot for sale. We went through the paperwork process (filling it out for credit approval), were accepted and were now waiting for my sons dream truck to be delivered to him. Finally, he was able to go sign the paperwork. While he was signing Thomas Lee came to tell his Dad and myself that he could not sell us the truck due to the open (no fix yet) recall. He had to go and stop the signing of the paperwork. as well. Thomas did try to sell us on other trucks, but my son had his heart set on the one he fell in love with. Thomas did ask us to give him until Monday to try to resolve the issue. When we did not hear from Thomas, we bought a different truck from another dealership.

Set a time with Charles to view/test drive a car, but apparently they double booked a showing. I was at the dealership first to see the car, but was not allowed to view it let alone test drive it. Apologies from the sales manager were given for their mistake and a "wonderful" offer $500 off another vehicle if I was interested. I then read the google reviews and this shows up from a review 4 months ago "we are unable to hold or reserve vehicles for customers." I guess this dealership rule doesn't apply for everyone or the rules changed from 4 months ago. Walser will not get any business from me.

I kept putting off getting a much needed new car because walking into a dealership worried me, I felt like I lacked knowledge in cars & finances but after my experience I highly recommend this dealership, Our salesman was Jeremiah W. and honestly I am thankful he was our salesman because he went above and beyond to get the right car for us. Explained in details all the cars, He was also Super patient with us, we kept asking to see cars and he would not hesitate or even question us, he fought for us. I was not able to pick the car up so he kindly delivered it, and was generous enough to fill the tank up, shampooed the carpet, and even had our tabs ready, and they dont even expire until a couple months! I was not expecting that. Overall I am thankful we walked into this dealership. After this experience I can confidently say I will bring back family & friends.

I am from out of state and I purchased a used vehicle here. The purchase and shipping went smoothly. Then, I went to trade this vehicle in. I learned it had been in 2!! previous accidents that were NOT disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The salesman is telling me I got a fair price on the vehicle even though he says he did not know about the accidents prior to me informing him. I’ve reached out to management in an effort to negotiate a resolution, and they are refusing to get back to me. Buyer beware at this dealership!

Kaleb is a very approachable young man. Shortly after we requested info on the vehicle, Kaleb called and emailed a response. We finally connected on the phone and he assured me of the quality of the vehicle we were looking at. We set an appointment for first thing on Saturday morning and Caleb medicine the parking lot with a smile and a handshake. His list price was quite Fair.. lower than comparable vehicles. He was a firm negotiator but did work to help us out a little. We feel that this was a very good deal. We would highly recommend a drive to this dealer. You'll appreciate what they have to offer.

I am writing a review to air some frustrations with the body shop and their lack of ownership and accountability for their work and to their customers. My husband had an accident in early January that resulted in extensive body damage. Our insurance company arranged for the vehicle to be repaired at Penz. We received a comprehensive repair estimate that was approved by our insurance, and then we just had to wait. We can respect that there are some supply chain issues, and we were told that once all the parts were in it would be about 2.5 weeks to have the repairs made. About 6 weeks later we were informed that that all the parts had arrived, and it would be about 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. We continued to check in and our repairs continued to take longer and longer. After 5 weeks of waiting, I was given a "high confidence" estimate that we could pick up our vehicle at the end of the 6th week. When we checked in yesterday that we were still on track, we were told that they still had 88 hours of work to complete, and it would be a few more weeks. The body shop manager offered a complete litany of excuses as to why he couldn't deliver, but everything he told me basically said that customer service is not a priority for him. So, we still wait...

Stay far away from them. We bought a beautiful low mileage truck with dash lights that they told us was a sensor issue. When we got it checked out, they were shocked we could even drive it the 2 hours home. The struts were cracked, the whole drivetrain was barely even on, and we've spent more on repairs than we paid for it. It's still having issues and we have gotten into serious debt because of this purchase. Don't waste your money here!
