Been doing business with Halladays for decades. Me and my family go back to when Carl Halladay was alive and the owner. My recent experience on 28 July rates with the worst customer service I’ve had from the GM Service Department. My truck had a recall pending, but repair parts were not available. When parts arrived an appointment was set. It started out to be 9AM, then it changed to 8:30 then to 8:00. I’ve had recent tragedies in my family, plus significant health issues. My first thought was to cancel the appointment, but would decide against it, since I was told my appointment would not be lengthy. After 5 hours, I checked on the status of repairs. The lady answering my call told me another vehicle had been placed in front of mine and that it would be another 5 hours before my truck was done. There’s more, but anyone reading this review will get the gest of my review—I was very unhappy since I desparately needed my truck that day. I will seriously consider whether I ever take my truck back to Halladays.
