I searched high and low for a Yukon Denali XL. It was very specific as to what I wanted, so was looking across all the western states. I finally found my perfect fit up in Coeur D’Alene ID!! I reached out to the dealer and was greeted by Don Isaacs, a recently hired member of their team. I live 13 hours South of there, so making sure everything was ready to go was a top priority for me. Don made the process SO easy!! Absolutely never felt pressured or pushed into the “sale”. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected. Don took the liberty to hand wash my new vehicle, as the bay was backed up with people. The paperwork was ready to go, we did a test drive of the Yukon while they did the inspection on my trade in. We signed papers and loaded into our new family vehicle only to realize the motor on the passenger side seat was burnt out. Don talked to his boss and we all came to an agreement on what the solution should be. There was no haggling or stress in this purchase, a first for me with this being only the third vehicle I had ever purchased! They gave me an absolutely fair deal on my trade in. I would 100% recommend this dealership to any friends looking to buy. Don is an amazing asset to the George Gee team and I truly hope him the best in his recent career change! II had purchased a car over the phone and had made arrangements to send a certified check the next day. Two ladies, Amy and Rachel, had helped me with the transaction and the GM, Weston had also been very helpful with my purchase. I had also talked with someone in the warranty department. The next day I sent the check and shortly after that got a call from the man from the warranty department telling me that they had sold the same car to someone else. His excuse was that he thought that I did not want the car. Why then would I have sent the check? I am very disappointed because this was a car that I really wanted and they are quite rare. I think that it was a situation where the company could save face and cover up their mistake by denying me the car and selling it to a local person so there would be no backlash.
