Very disappointed with this dealership community motors. I have bought 2 vehicles from them in the last few years. I did all my service with them. Requested an oil chance with them for full synthetic oil, which is what we always did with our truck. Our last oil change they took it upon themselves to put blended oil in it. Since we were leaving town we were told by the service department to have it changed when we got to where we were going & they would pay the difference when we got back. We’ll we didn’t make it back because the truck threw a rod because of the wrong oil. You can not run pure synthetic from day one then run the regular oil they put in. Come to find out today they had never put in the pure synthetic oil we had been requesting or paying for. They had been put blended oil in all along. We ended up having to buy another truck in Florida to bring our 5th wheel home. The general manager & the service manager both basically said sorry about your bad luck. I’ve tried numerous times to contact Jim the owner & he has not bothered to return my calls/messages. Obviously he doesn’t give a xxxx about the “little” people. I’m not asking for them to fix or replace the truck but I feel the least that could have been done is sort of reimbursement for all the trouble. Also for Jim to have the respect for his customers to return a phone call. This is one person who will no longer be a customer or recommend the community motors dealership again.

I need a new key fob. I’ve been trying to get one through my local dealership Richardson Motors. I’m actually pretty glad they ordered the wrong key for me, because now I won’t have to deal with worrying going on with my car. I’ve was given two quotes, one when they were expecting my key fob. That one was reasonable. The next was when I took my car in to get the key cut and programmed, that one was the crazy insanely high one. The team, especially the receptionists, are extremely unprofessional. What’s the point of even having a receptionist if you’ve got an automated system that tells you what number to push for what you’re looking for? Also what’s the point of having glass doors if you’re not going to look out of them? I still cannot believe I was told “I’ll have to go look for your car.” Even though I parked it right outside the main bay. Like I said before, I’m actually pretty thankful they ordered the wrong part for me.

We purchased a new 2022 Cadillac XT-5 . Willis offered a fair price with NO dealer surcharge. This says a lot for the Willis commitment to building customer loyalty. Susie was our sales lady and was very efficient and prompt on responding. She even returned to the dealership on her time off to assist me. I felt very comfortable and she worked on my behalf. I recommend asking for her to assist you in your car purchase endeavor.

Tried dealing with them on a pickup. They asked for info from me, which I gave them, never heard back. Contacted them two more times. Finally got everything in order after 10 days. Set up a time to drive 3.5 hrs to buy the pickup. I had my finances all in order to buy the pickup. Less than 24 hrs before I drove down there, they notified me and said they sold the pickup to a "local". Also told me that that person had been in the day before to test drive it. They filled out a financial app that got turned down, but they waited to see if they could come up with a co-signer when they knew my finances were all.set. never go back to even look at what they have to sell. If they don't want to deal with people outside their area, maybe they should stay off sites like yours

traded in a truck for a newer truck in Ft. Madison. Beware the pressure of the finance guy for a boatload of overprice extended warranty products. Then when I'm supposed to get my plates I get a renewal sticker for my old truck. Called in and talked to Finance who said they would call me back, they didn't. I had to call again and they blamed the company that handles licensing for them and suggested I go to Secretary of state office and tell them I lost my plates. Called the company that handles the plates and he as an order to transfer plates, not new plates. I now have a truck with an expired temp plate and no solution other than stand in line and lie to the SOS office. Sure won't be buying there again. I also know a lot of people in the area, they will know too.

Well, went to trade in the wifes 2011 Ford Explorer today, nothing wrong 139,000 miles. Now at June 2019 and was told sorry your vehicle has a car fax report from a dealer repair at 30,000 says it was in an accident in 2013 two owners ago. Holy crap that's nice to know at least it was fixed correctly by a dealer, I think to myself. Their response is nope sorry, can't give you trade on what it's worth. It has orginal title. When did car fax rule between original title and salvage title?
