Waited 6 weeks for appoint and dealer said im not in their system but squeeze me in they adjusted my hood release and I had to call at 5:45 15 minutes before the dealer closed to find out I wasn’t getting my truck back and then said they were going to keep it overnight to check out my transmission which at first they weren’t going to I lost my truck for a day and a half or a hood release that needed to be greased and readjusted not even replaced

The service department technicians SUCK!!!! The service manager and shop foreman are very dismissive. Had a wheel alignment done there and had to bring it back 3x for noise- took it somewhere else they said Pepe messed up my car. Foreman said Cadillacs aren’t what they use to be and squeak- xxx? My suspension and transmission was affected by their poor quality of work. The Pepe brand experience has gone to trash at Pepe Cadillac. Sue the CFObis nice, the receptionist is a doll the parts guy is professional and understands customer service, the service advisor (3rd from the door when dropping of vehicle is Awesome) but the Shop foreman Joe and Shop manager Ron are disrespectful, negligent, dismissive, harmful xxxxxx!!!

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Left messages on 6/8 and 2 additional messages on 7/7…which also involved a receptionist who assured me I would get a call back from the “blue team” same day….NOPE! Extremely poor follow thru/service, definitely taking my business elsewhere!

I’ll start off with the good part first. My salesman, Matt Cowled was terrific. He was knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with through my entire experience. If every other dealer besides Della goes out of business and you’re required to buy a vehicle here Matt is the guy to ask for. Now for the fun part… I ordered a truck back in October of 2021. As we all know nothing is quick these days so it finally came in at the end of May 2022. All was well throughout the ordering and waiting process. I was quoted $31k for my trade in February with the understanding that the value would likely go down some due to putting more miles on my vehicle. Understandable. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when my new truck arrives. At this time, 4 months after my $31k quote I am offered $21k for my trade in. That is $10k less! Nothing different with my truck besides the expected extra miles. This was the work of the General Sales Manager Micheal Tonks. He obviously knew I wasn’t leaving my without my new truck and figured it was a great opportunity to low ball me. When I told him I would be selling my truck elsewhere he attempted to sell my new truck that I ordered 8 MONTHS AGO to someone with “a better trade in”. Then proceeded to demand I tell him who was buying my vehicle for fair market value. To top it all off they charged me $400 to swap my new wheels before I picked up the vehicle. For reference, Walmart charges $25/tire for this work. The exciting experience of buying a brand new vehicle turned out to be stressful and unpleasant due to Micheal Tonks. DO NOT BUY FROM DELLA. DO NOT DEAL WITH MICHEAL TONKS.

Just picked up a 2022 Chevy Trail Blazer. This was without a doubt the best car eal experience I have ever had! EVERYONE I worked with was friendly, polite, caring, helpful. Bob Mullen was just the BEST! The people in service that installed my special floor mats were so great! I wish I remembered the names of the others I encountered. Just cannot say enough about Ken Barrett, and the philosophy that clearly runs through the dealership! I am SO HAPPY!!!!!!!

Made appointment to get my drivers window replaced due to scratches caused by a wire harness in door. Service lady said at 24,000 miles the 18 bolt is out of warranty. I said no problem I bought the extended warranty. She said that won’t cover windows. I said no problem I have full glass coverage. . I showed her the scratches and said it’s hard to see right here because the car was soaking wet from days of rain. . I waited there for two hours then the service lady said your all set. It will be $60. I said is it all fixed. She said the tech wiped off the rubber molding and guessed a piece of dirt caused the scratches. I said did they replace my window. , she said oh no we don’t have window glass here that has to be ordered for several hundred dollars. I said why did I come here then . I made the appointment to have the window replaced, nothing was done after 2 hrs and you want $60. She said let me go talk to the manager. That’s what I hear every time I’ve had a problem. “ let me go talk to the manager “ because she’s not allowed to make any decisions on her own. I have reluctantly brought my two Bolts to this dealership because it’s the only Bolt dealer for 100 miles. . Now they are out of warranty, I don’t ever want to set foot in this service department again. A poorly run dealership service department. Three years of terrible service including a brake xxxx for $700. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with .Ed Shults Cadillac chevrolet of Jamestown. .
