I bought a 2020 Silverado in the beginning of March of 2022. It needed a def tank and they assured me that it would only take 2 to 3 weeks to get it in. I called on the 2nd week and it still wasn't in. I ended up getting in in may...
It needed a new keyfob programmed so I figured they would have that done since they had the truck for 2 months, I was wrong. They ordered one and I had to drive back to get it, it was the wrong one... They ordered a new one and said they would filll my tank up because I had to come back which they did. While I was there I wanted them to check out a noise coming from the front end and they said they would, 2 hours later I asked how it was going and they said they were fixing the problem i had mentioned which was great but it would have been nice to know... The servece department said it was ready 3 1/2 hours later and I went out to drive away. Much to my surprise I went out and the new keyfob wasn't in the truck, I went in and asked about it and they said it hadn't been programmed yet. They said it would only take a few minutes and that I could wait in the parking lot and they would bring it right out when it was done. 20 minutes later I went into the waiting room to wait. 45 minutes later my truck was ready. About 3 weeks after I received the truck the air filter warning light came on, I checked the filter and it was very dirty, obviously it was not checked when they dod the oil change, I figured when you buy a 65,000.00 truck that the fluids and filters would be changed and it would have been gone through, I wonder what else will come up???
I am currently sitting in the waiting room waiting on my "free" oil change and it has been 1 1/2 hours with an appointment...
Unless you are buying a new vehicle i would stay away from them and even then consider other options.
