"“If you didn’t want a broken car, you should have bought a new car” - Used car sales manager Bought a CPO Mercedes-Benz GLB35. Windshield was cracked. They promised to fix it when I bought the car but refused to fix it correctly when I took the car in for the repair appointment. The crack is very much visible and ruined an otherwise good car. The used car manager was rude and unreasonable Do yourself a favor and go to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. I bought my first Mercedes from them and was a wonderful experience. I regret not going to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle"
