AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Here is the recent car buying experience- purchased a used vehicle from there earlier in the month. It was a super easy process, signed the papers and walked out of there with the car. The nightmares followed a mere 2 days after purchasing.
The alignment was way off, so the dealership was contacted. They said they couldn't get it in for service for a week and a half out. Ok, no big deal. The next day the car wouldn't start and took forever to turn over. Had someone look at it, the alternator was bad. Called again. They moved the day of service up by a couple of days. Took the car in, they refused to fix the alternator because there weren't any service lights on in the car and "how do you know it was bad". The car barely made it to the dealership, but ok. What do I know. The only fixed the alignment and made sure to let me know that the service department picked up the bill as a courtesy.
A couple days later, I get a call that the loan never was submitted, they "forgot" to submit to the bank. Huh? I drove off with a done deal the day I purchased. This call came 10 days after the purchase of the car. I had SIXTEEEN hard inquiries on my credit from them running different loans after this call occured, dropping my credit score over 300 points. Making it impossible to get approved for another car loan, even through langway to repurchase the car I believed I had already purchased. I had to return the car, where it sat on the lot for another week and a half, no phone calls from them with an update on the loan. Called them multiple times, dead ends. Eventually I sent someone there to pick up my belongings that were left in the car, such as my tire repair kit, jumper cables, and a couple other personal items. They had already removed the items from the car, despite me not stating I wasn't going to keep the car anymore, and only handed over a couple items, stating they didn't have the rest. They later "magically" found all of the items after an argument occured when they tried to refund only HALF of the downpayment that was placed on the car, claiming it was paid on two separate cards, when it was in fact paid in full on one card.
They are running some sort of scam here, or just don't know how to run a business AT ALL. Please, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
