I am very dissatisfied with the service i received, and the rip off attempt. When I first inquired about, servicing my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited, I was told that we had to leave the vehicle for 3 to 4 weeks. Two months later, I was told I would have to leave it for a week. This is where it gets good. I take my Jeep to the dealership, they tell me they can get to it in 2 to 3 days. I thought great, we're moving in the right direction. I was informed that my parking brake sensor had gone bad. They inspected the brakes, and informed me that I needed new pads and rotors. A job that normally cost approximately $1,000. They wanted twice the price over $2,000. So, I got the sensor fixed, and took the car to a different shop for brake service. There, I was informed, I didn't need new brakes. The brake pads were better than 50 percent good, and the rotors were better than 60 percent good. So why is it that they, the dealership, tried to charge me twice the price for a service I didn't need. No trust, bad business. I wish I wouldn't paid for the 3 oil package. Other than the pre paid oil changes, I will not be going back there. Please spread the word, so no one else gets robbed, legally.
