I was pleased with the text notification system that reminded me about my appointment. I was impressed that they recognized me and called me by name when I walked in. They took quick and thorough care of my vehicle, quicker than expected. The waiting area was comfortable and had a counter area so I could do a little work on my laptop while I waited. All told I had a very pleasant introductory experience. I'd be willing to return."
