They were quite nice and diagnosed my problem quickly. I was told parts were hard to get because of the supply chain problem but they would call me when it arrived. Then 6 weeks went by without a peep from them I called and. was told parts were in come by and they would install while I wait. I went in and was told the parts had been sitting on the shelf there so long my warranty claim had expired. Since they never called me to say my parts were in they had to start a new claim and I would have to come back again in a few days. I was inconvenienced and had to make extra trips to the dealership because they couldn't call me like I was told they would when my pars arrived .

Love my fiat but the lack of customer service from the service department has made me want to never own another fiat & I am now looking to trade it off because of my experience. It shouldn't be a fight to have warranty work completed on my car. Good luck to anyone that thinks this place cares about the customer.
