I am editing this review and temporarily bumping up my rating to three stars and I am optimistic that I can eventually raise it to 5 stars. AFTER I bought the truck, Chad, the sales manager, called me and apologized. He said there may have been a glitch or error somewhere that prevented me from getting price protection I thought I should have had and me being able to buy the vehicle based on the price quoted to me at the time my order was placed in October. He said he was researching further and if Ford would re-price the truck to him back to the price it was when I placed the order, he would try to honor the original quote and refund the difference. Again, he has already sold the truck, so he did not have to do this and the fact that he did meant a lot to me. It makes me feel better about the dealership. Everybody makes mistakes and the fact that he is at least trying to correct what seems to be one is a show of good faith. If this ultimately turns out favorable, I will edit this review again and raise it to 5 stars because they do seem to be trying hard to get to the bottom of this. For now, what I initially labeled as dishonesty on the part of the dealer may have just been a complicated mistake (and failure to listen to me and communicate). If that is the case, it was unfair for me to label it as dishonesty. Also, Colton, my Salesman has been wonderful. He has been a huge advocate for me throughout this ordeal. He did everything he could possibly do to avoid and the correct the situation. None of this is his fault, I think he is a straight-up honest guy who went way beyond the call of duty, well beyond what I would have expected, in support of the customer. Truck Arrived in May (to be fair, they could not help the delay, that was on Ford). We agreed on a price at the time the order was made (I have it in WRITING). When the truck arrived, after me wating 10 months, they JACKED the price up $5,000, to the FULL STICKER PRICE, take it or leave it. ALL this is in writing. They used me to get the truck ordered and then priced it at Sticker because of the shortage. They say they will match in dealer's price in writing when they will not even honor their OWN price in writing. They took advantage of me and Covid. I am headed to see the GM tomorrow and will edit this review if by chance they make it right. Otherwise I am headed to the BBB and AG's office of consumer affairs (after I post this on every review I can find. Had service today 167 dollars to tell me I had dead battery. I told him the battery was bad to start with told me he couldn't do anything til battery was replaced. Like I said I told them the battery was bad before he took my car. He should have told me to start with battery was not covered under warranty. So i literally was charged 167.00 to be told my battery was bad. At least Jesse James used a gun when he robbed you. Because that's how I feel I was Robbed.

Everything started out ok, but it's been almost 5 months since we bought a F150 from there. We still don't have registration papers to get a tag with. Now the truck is in the shop with $2000 worth of work needed to be done. I've been calling all day long to see about the VSC that I paid for at the time of purchase. No one has bothered to answer my calls and it seems as if they stopped answering the phone. I need my truck fixed ASAP! Express Oil is not going to wait too much longer. I'm really considering legal representation because this is ridiculous.
