Worst dealership ever! - Dawn
Worst dealership ever!!!! First, I went in for 70k maintenance, which apparently is the same as an oil change (???). My 4 year old car had to have its engine rebuilt after 1 year due to a factory recall. It took 3 weeks and I had $700 of unreimbursed car rental charges. Now the O-ring needed to be replaced (I guess the rebuild wasn't done very well). They called for a Lyft to bring me home. Th service advisor had my current address and I verified the city with the Lyft driver because I live quite a ways from the dealership. 1/2 way home the Lyft driver gets off the freeway to drop me off (!!!). We are no where near my home, he now has the wrong address and can't bring me any further. On the drive home from picking up my car the sun hits my windshield and I see there is a crack in it which wasn't there before. I pulled off the freeway and called the dealership. I was told my message was going to be sent right away to the service manager. It's been 2 hours and I've heard nothing back. After 30 years of loyal service I can say for certain this is my last xxx Ford!!! After 20 years of Drew/Penske patrionage I think it's time to find a new service department.
