Zach Benz and Kane Tucson, wow, what a team. Any questions I had throughout the car buying process were quickly answered. Most importantly, at one of the worst times to have to buy a vehicle and when other dealerships are charging $6,000 over MSRP (I’m looking at you, Lawton Kia of Lawton, Oklahoma), Durango Motor Company not only gave a discount but welcomed my partner and I with slushies. TWO types of slushies. The pink lemonade was so good, I have to imagine Zach was personally responsible for that as well considering both the quality and how involved Zach was every step of the way. Do I still question the existence of Kane Tucson? Having never seen him in person nor did I even talk to him on the phone, yes, there’s part of me that believes no one with such a bad xxx name who offers such amazing deals on cars could feasibly exist. Whether Kane Tucson is real or Zach’s alter ego, we may never know. What I’m sure of is that when the day comes and I finally run this wonderful Corolla Hatchback into the ground, I’ll be returning to Durango Motor Company to purchase its replacement. Thanks again. I bought my Ford truck at Mike Maroone Ford. As another commenter wrote, the Quick Lane staff are not good at letting a customer know when repairs need to be made so they could be made at the time I'm there and when I try to call in or text to schedule an appointment to get the repairs made, no one returns the calls or texts. I get shuffled off to Anthony and he doesn't call or text either. This isn't even warranty work that I would like to get done. I am paying cash for this work. This is a repeating problem for me since I must go through Quick Lane and make an appointment for most any work. I'm pretty much done driving as far as I do to go there because of this indifference. I wanted to support the facility with my cash business since I would have them do any necessary warranty work. They don't appear to want to support me as a customer. I will be looking another facility since apparently Mike Maroone doesn't want my business.

My experiences with the service department have been atrocious. I've taken my truck in twice for the same issue recall work and it's still not fixed. Leave message after message and no one ever returns the phone call. My recommendation would be to get your service work done elsewhere.

Do not do business with these people. Went in to get my PCV sensor done and was told it's not under warranty. That's strange because it says, PCV system and oil filler cap are covered. I will be doing business with anybody but Ford for now on

Mark Britland was my service manager for my repair to fix the suspension and steering stabilizer. What a great guy! Not only did he track (every day) the status of a long-awaited repair part, he regularly called me with updates to let me know he hadn't forgotten me. As soon as the part arrived, he called me immediately and got me in as soon as I was able to be there. He also gave me some great safety suggestions to help until the part was available. My truck, even though it is a 2019 model, drives like a brand-new truck again! I live in Monument, and even though driving to the Motor City location adds 40 minutes to my round-trip, I will always sacrifice my time to work with an outstanding professional like Mark Britland!

I would have given 0 STARS if it was even possible. I brought in my truck for ABS light on, Factory recall and bigger tire speed recalibration, 30 hours later no updates or diagnostics. I had to call my self to get an update, and still would they would not give me an update. Horrible service, communication. So I walked in to the service asking for my truck, then the Service manager tells me the technicians are working on it, I waited for another hour for them to finish the job. I got the truck back, first right turn outside the dealership, the lights were back like it was Christmas. Horrible experience, and I an not going back.

Horrible sales practices. For one, they will mark up their "MSRP" on used cars to make it look like you are getting a discount. The standard MSPR of one of the vehicle i was looking at was $24k. They had the MSRP listed as $29k....Then discounted it down $5k. As I was buying two cars at the same time, I figured I should get a discount, so I offered something with an $5k discount...cause why not...if they want to mark things up, it works both ways. I was then told they don't negotiate over the phone. Let me be clear here. I have 8 cars, 7 were purchased this year for my business and I negotiated them all over phone and even text message. I called Chandler, the sales guy, and asked whats up. He told me, "You don't offer us $5k under and get a counter." HAHA Really? That is EXACTLY how negotiation works and has forever. I was willing to work with them to get to a win-win, but they wanted me to drive 45 minutes in rush hour from Longmont to take me seriously. To bad that isn't how business is done anymore. Find a better dealership...

We had such an amazing experience with everyone at Steamboat Motors, from the service team to the sales team! We had drove our truck and travel trailer up from Florida and unfortunately broke down. Steamboat Motors worked with us to help us get a new truck so that we could continue our journey! Five star services, five star sales and five star finance!! Highly recommended!! We are so appreciative of how fast and efficient they were able to get us out of there with a lower interest rate than we had in the previous truck!

Needed recall work done. No one will call you back, no one will give give you the info you need about the work. They wanted multiple days for software fixes and an egr valve. I didn't realize this since i do work on trucks and egr valves are not generally difficult. When i left the dealership after convincing them to try to do it within one full day( no loaner had a friend get me) they told me they would call when it was finished. They didnt. One day after some of the work was done I received a letter that an AEM software update was needed and it was part of a settlement for emissions fixing. They did not do this fix or mention it, my receipt only mentioned the egr, which was leaking, and i have to assume they chose not to complete the recalls.

BE AWARE! I bought a used Ford F350 diesel truck from Chris Clark and before I got home the cruise control stopped working, the 4-wheel drive stopped working and a check engine light came on. I took the truck in to my local Ford dealer and was told it would cost $6800 to fix immediate problem. The biggest issues were the vehicle had blown by and that the engine would need to be replaced. When I told Chris Clark at GWSF about it and I wanted them to take the truck back because there was no way they couldn't have known about most of these issues he told me that if I wanted a vehicle with no problems, I should have bought a new vehicle! I have since then read many other bad reviews and would never purchase a used diesel from them. This seems to be a common theme among diesel purchases from Glenwood Springs Ford. They clearly don't care about their customers, just the almighty dollar! They give used car dealers a bad name!
