Our experience with JPS Ford was nothing short of wonderful!! The entire team was personable, approachable and not pushy at all. Joy was our salesperson and her name was appropriately given!! From the moment we pulled up she was a warm, happy spirit that went above and beyond! She was never hovering or “trying to close” with us. She answered every question and took her time showing me all the reasons why I would love a Ford. She was helpful and considerate, always giving us privacy to speak or alone time to look at the vehicle. When I bought the vehicle she took me outside and actually took my phone and set up the Ford app for me (technologically challenged here) and then went over all the gadgets on the expedition with me. I got a big hug from her when I was done. When I say she makes you feel so comfortable…. I mean it!!! The entire staff did a wonderful job… we had been to six dealerships that week and they are the ONLY place we didn’t feel pressured and actually felt welcomed. They will definitely have my future business.

It could be noted that if the display is changed to check necessary checkpoints on the vehicle - then the effort to return the display to its original settings should be taken. Just a suggestion (however, it could help the customer get more familiar with the car settings by having them learn to put the desired display back.)

I would give it a zero if I could. Went in today (6/13/2022) to get an oil change, had to wait awhile for a service advisor to come out to the truck. Finally he comes out and made the excuse that he had just got off the phone with Ford and had to wait to clear his head before he came out. Asked to get an oil change, he looked at his watch and said sure. He wrote me up went inside to wait and about 15 minutes later he comes out and said we can’t get an oil change due to the oil change folks we’re shutting down for the day. When they took the truck they were actually putting it in line for tomorrow morning. Got my keys and he made a lot of excuses. It would have been nice to see some sort of discount for my troubles.

Truck was eventually fixed after 2 weeks of being at their dealership shop I was given a lot of lip service as far as taking care of me I.e gas, truck will be cleaned up Etc…. When truck was returned it was left with 12 miles of gas until empty again after I was told it would be filled up. Missing splash guard to oil pan was a blessing in disguise or I wouldn’t it have seen oil leaking. Possibly would have smelled it it however. None the less 4 bolts were. It tightens to the oil pan either. My mechanic tightened the oil pan to prevent further leaking. It still leaked due to intial problem not being fixed Hopefully the truck is fixed and I do not have to deal with Roundtree again.

I purchased a car on 5/28/21. We noticed some scratches on the car before buying it. The salesman promised me he would take care of it the following week and get me a loaner car. When I followed up by text the following week, he even texted me that this was true. It is 1 month later and he told me there are no loaner cars available, he doesn’t know when they will be available, and he’s not going to pay for a rental for me. I contacted the general manager who didn’t seem to care too much. When you spend $40,000 on a new car you expect it to be brand new. They will promise you things and put it in writing, but not live up to their word. Not reputable.

Service after the sale in non-existent unless you are a well known name in the town. On the phone they are very rude ..... I was asked after being told that they would make me an appointment in a week on a potentially serious problem .... why can they not find me on Facebook??? I don’t understand what me being on Facebook has to do with the service that I need. I will use Hixson in Alexandria like in the past and I will never do business with Billy Wood Ford again. The first thing I said when I bought the truck was how important service after the sale was to me . I was told I would always get a loaner and was promised I would be taken care of. That was a year and a half ago and I have yet to even be fit in for an oil change on my day off. Very rude people.

Best oil change experience ever. Richard, at the service desk took my 2018 Mustang GT in immediately and returned the car, ready to go in less than one hour!! I keep my engine compartment very clean. The mechanic left no signs he was under the hood. No drips, smears or oil anywhere but where it belongs, in the crankcase. But wait, there's more! The cost of this service was beyond fair. The fee was far below any other shop in the area. Gateway Ford in Ponchatoula now has another customer for life? Thanks Gateway!!

I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!

I called arceneaux Ford today July 26th 2017 to tell them that the sun roof busted, doesn't operate is stuck in the open position on my 2012 F150 Platinum but that I had an extended warranty good for another year Bumper to Bumper the best warranty you could buy. I was told by the service advisor that they would have to investigate why the sunroof was not working and who was at fault. I said what do you mean who was at fault I just pushed the button to open it and I heard a loud noise and it broke. He said well I can't guarantee that you won't be charged and maybe you would refer to bring it to some other dealership for service. This is not the kind of service department that I would care to bring my truck to and I would advise others not to either.

The "pushy hurry up and sign" to "get this guy our of here experience" To begin my experience I arrived at all star Ford / Dodge in Denham Springs to look at a white 2020 Ram 1500. I have already done my research, so I know what I am looking for. I wanted to a test drive to see the difference between my then, 2014 ram and the now 2020 rams. I will say I was impressed. So when we started to negotiate price, Josh and Ben became the pushy sign right here salesmen. After a few hours of talking I knew I really liked the truck in question so we agreed on a price and started the paperwork. What I was told by Josh was the truck would be detailed while I was in finance and when I was done it would be waiting on me. But surprising like when I was done with finance, the truck was still dirty, and had trash in the back of it. I mentioned it to Josh, and seeming very inconveniently he said he would take it to the back to be addressed. When it returned I finished moving my belongings and set back off on my 2 hour ride home. When I got home I was beat so I waiting until the next day to admire my new truck. When I woke I went out and started looking it over, i realized the locking lugs from my other truck that were supposed to be swapped were not, and noticed a rather large scratch in my rear bumper. So I called Josh to address it, and this process of calling and leaving voicemails went on for 4 days before I made contact with him. And when I finally got Josh on the phone he said well how do we know you didn't do that at Walmart. So then I proceed to call someone in management which also put me in a waiting game of response. When we finally arranged a date to drop my truck off I did. And was given a loaner which was greatly appreciated. Now the initial discussion Josh told me I would have my truck back in 4 days, so I was okay with that. But on the fourth day I called back. And couldn't get him on the phone. So I called for collision, and to be told.they haven't touched my truck, and that collision dept told Josh it would be 6-7 days before I got it back. In the end result I got my truck back 9 days later. In the end result it all worked out for now, but if you're okay with the runaround, the lack of returning phone calls, pushy, conniving experience, then here's your place.

Quick, Friendly, Painless, Satisfied - Woodystang

Went to Superior Ford Saturday with my wife to test drive the new Ranger. Decided after looking at the Ranger, to test drive the Explorer. Loved the room and ride! Decide to give Ford another shot at my business. We have been driving Toyota’s and Honda’s since our bad experience with our 89 Ford Aerostar van. It was junk. Had not bought a Ford car since. But Fords ratings have been great the last number of years so we bought the Explorer. LOVE IT! Jacob Ducote our salesman, was the easiest guy to work with, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Superior a shot at your business. Even though Superior is primarily a truck dealer, it was a painless process obtaining our Explorer from a local dealer that had our SUV in stock. Just hoping our Explorer gives us 10+ years of trouble free service!
