Good people, but kinda old school, by that I mean they still operate in the “Buyer Beware” arena. That’s not to say they’re out to screw you, to the contrary, they just don’t offer anything up. And if you’re buying used, be especially careful and diligent as they seem do to a very poor job of vetting they’re sellers and the product they sell. Examples; truck comes with a rack mounting system, however – useless, most of the important parts are missing, you’d think they would have requested them or set up some way for the new owner to make a deal with the original owner. Key for the spare tire – doesn’t seem to belong to the truck or maybe the lock is broke, either way it’s something you’d think a conscientious car dealership would pay attention to. Making sure the vehicle card with the passcodes are included at the time they purchased so the potential buyer wouldn’t have to pay to get the codes. Luckily I know how to retrieve them without that extra cost, however the extra efforts wouldn’t have been needed had they applied a bit of concern at the time they purchased the vehicle. All minor efforts I agreed and I could go on, but I think I made my point and all totally unnecessary and considerably annoying, really old schools moves. Again, nothing they did was wrong nor deliberate (at least I don’t think so), but they could do much, much better. So “Buyer beware” and do your do diligence when dealing with them, take your time and fine tooth everything.
