I dealt with the director, who was worse than the finance jerk. he called me with all the numbers when I feel like I should have been called in for an appointment. I felt like they didn't even want to sell me the car because I was asking too many questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Thanks for NOTHING!!!

Service Department Well Joe Cooper Service Shop did it again!, I was experiencing an issue with my XLT Explore which I purchased there 2yrs ago after making an appointment online I enter the department and I was received with nothing but professionalism and prompt attention even though there were super busy then I was redirect to Mr. Darcy for me to explain why I was there. Four days after including the weekend I received nothing but open communication and interest attitude to get me thru this dates while my car was in the shop waiting on a mechanical part to arrive. Darcy communicated with me via text since day one (he texted me an hour after I dropped off my car to the shop). My wife and I are a professional busy couples that our time is gold like every hard working Law Abiding Citizen in this community therefore I have not time to write good nor bad experiences online (reviews), but this treatment in which is the typical treatment we've always received the few times we have visited Joe Cooper Yukon Service Department. Thank y'all you - you guys rock!!

We bought a used 2017 Ford Escape from Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow,OK on February 25 2020.It had about 43000 miles on it..We had strongly requested and purchased the Ford Premium Extended Warranty Plan 8 years or 100000 miles. The cost of the Ford warranty was very pricey @ a cost of $ 2848.00 , but worth it, compared to purchasing an unknown after market vehicle warranty. The Ford warranty was included in the finance plan. We noticed that they kept pushing a Century car warranty. I kept insisting that was not what I wanted !! Moving ahead about 2 1/2 years and 55,000 miles on odometer, vehicle started misfiring and using cooant. Called Matthews Ford service department to get the vehicle diagnosed ad repaired. The service advisor, stated that there no Ford warranty on their Ford OASIS information program system, just an after market service plan on their private in house system,that we never purchased or wanted. The service advisor advised me see the F & I manager on the Ford premium care contract concern. I took of all of my paper work and fiance records to the fiance manager. He looked over the paper papers and stated that we were sold a new vehicle Ford extended warranty, and not the used Ford extended warranty. The person that did the paper work no longer works there. The finance manager removed the aftermarket warranty. He changed it into a used vehicle Ford premium care 4 year/48000 mile extended warranty.He deducted $1860.00 from the $2848.00 originally purchased warranty. So,we were charged on an aftermarket warranty that we did not purchased or fianced. My next step was to contact the dealership manager ( CW Evans ). We discussed my concerns. Mr. Evans said that he would not help on this matter and it cost the dealership to make the changes and that was all he was going to do ! It cost me over $950.00 for their mistake and incompetence !!! Ford buyers beware of Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow, Ok. Taking my vehicle to Bill Knight Tulsa, for diagnosis and repairs.

I tried to buy a used Lexus from Nathanial Grayson at the Edmond store. On Monday 4/25, I signed and returned a purchase agreement. On follow up Wednesday 4/27, I was told the vehicle was taken out for a test drive the previous Saturday 4/23. "The engine started making a noise, a bad engine, so we red flagged it sent to auction". The vehicle they describe as having engine problems is a 2015 Lexus570 with 35,000 miles on it. I seriously doubt there were engine problems. I feel like Nathanial was not truthful. Several flags are up for me on this; first, the purchase agreement was sent to me on Monday afternoon after the alleged engine issue and the vehicle being "red flagged and sent to auction"; I had no correspondence from finance or Nathaniel until I contacted the dealership on Wednesday. If the vehicle was not available Monday, why was I sent a purchase agreement? Why would Joe Cooper Ford "red flag" a vehicle with their name on the title, and rush it to auction? The whole experience stinks. I contacted Ford Motor Company directly to file a complaint as well.

They said it would be setting out front waiting for me. When we arrived, it wasn't to be found. They offered others but not even close to what I wanted. Finally spoke to the manager and he said he had bought the car the day before. Image that. Complete scam. Do NOT do business with Seth Wadley EVER.

Really, please just consider going anywhere but here. I received the most disrespectful, snide, condescending, womanizing treatment from the salesman helping us, his sales manager, and the rest of the staff in general. My boyfriend, his father, and myself went in on a Friday night to look at a car for me, and we were treated fairly with a decent amount of respect. After some talk, we walked away without a deal we could agree on. Within an hour of leaving, I had an email from our salesman. The next day I negotiated on my own behalf and we eventually reached an agreement. I returned to the dealership solo, and after informing the staff that I would not be financing through them but would instead be handling my own financing directly with my credit union (as I have done with every vehicle I have ever purchased) I was met with resistance. The staff made several rude comments about how “inconventient” that is and how “it doesn’t make sense” and is “weird but do whatever you want.” I was spoken to like I am a child and like I am unintelligent/incapable of making decisions for myself. I was able to shake it off because I *thought* I was getting a good deal on a car I have wanted for a very long time. I went in to meet with an agent at the credit union I use, and our numbers for the total cost came up identical to each other’s per the information laid out in a purchase agreement, but different than the dealership’s bottom line on said agreement. I’ll spare the boring details, but among other things during a call about the discrepancy in price, the salesman told me this is “basic math, I don’t know what you don’t understand” and he laughed at me while stating “I’m really trying to remain professional here.” The call happened to be on speaker phone, and the bystanders who were in earshot had shock and disbelief painted all over their faces at his comments. I have never been made to feel like a joke in my life until that point. It goes without saying I backed out of the deal immediately and will happily take my money elsewhere. It should be noted, I emailed a manager regarding this situation. I received an “I’m sorry, we don’t usually conduct business that way” response that is pretty useless. My boyfriend, however, received calls almost immediately from different managers trying to apologize. Considering that it was never my boyfriend’s deal, the car was for me, I was the sole negotiating party, and I was the sole party responsible for the financing, this strikes me as odd. I hate to accuse any individual or business of sexism, but this sure feels a lot like unfair treatment due to the fact that I’m a young woman. Last I checked, my money is just as green as anyone else’s.

now NEW I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and this last time, since Hodge took over, the service has declined significantly. I have had them approach me while waiting for my oil change to be completed and tell me that my battery was dead and it was gonna cost over $200 to replace. I declined and went up the road to O’Reillys not only was my battery on warranty because I had previously purchased one within the last year but it was also fine so they were trying to scam me out of over $200. They’ve also told me that I need a new brakes , I purchased them and my brakes squealed every day after As they did before, to this day I do not believe that they actually placed brakes on my car. Right after you get an oil change they place the sticker in the mirror to tell you how things are rated whether it’s your brakes your tires and every time it’s different right after I got my brakes they told me my brakes were in fair condition the next time I oil is changed my brakes are in good condition they don’t care they just check whatever box . I had my oil changed a month ago and recently checked my breaker fluid and it was completely empty . This most recent time I had a recall a safety recall issue I called they told me would be over a month and a half before they could get my car in for a part that cost nine dollars and will take 45 minutes to repair. My husband visited the dealership to ask them if they could repair it sooner due to it being a safety recall issue and they told him to do it himself they were shorthanded threw the Ford customer service card at him when he asked for the headquarters customer service number and told him don’t bring your car in here . We took it to a local mechanic and they said when they called that Ford had nine at the parts they were needed to fix my car and yeah they should have taken care of that but instead I had to pay for a service that should’ve been rendered free since it was a recall by my Ford dealership. I will never go back to these people they are rude inconsiderate and the service is horrible. I’ve heard many stories from other people that are comparable to mine.
