Yep, a lot of what he says makes sense, but enough of what else he says is enough to make you run away.

There are other motivational coaches eg Tony Robbins if people want the alpha vibe without the sex trafficking.

Have you READ Tony Robbins’s work? Bloody awful IMHO. I started and failed to finish one of his books times.

Tate has that edgy, “what’s he going to say next” schtick. Charismatic and frank too, he says what many are afraid to. You can see why he wins fans.

You can wring your hands as much as you like whilst advocating the merits of that nice Mr Southgate. But if it doesn’t turn people on, it is impotent.

My friends have asked me to act as a 'sounding board' / outsider to chat to their kids regularly. Which I enjoy and value.

AT does have a great influence on young men, especially those who are still figuring life out.
I'm so glad that when I was searching for a hero or 'pack leader' he was not in my face.

The young men today, (well, a percentage) are not equal to the sophisticated multi-level marketing and army of amplifiers that the org uses.
And when I see young women pulled into the 'trout lip' tribe it makes me feel they are not immune from manipulation either.
It's asymmetric warfare.

From the message above yours it looks like what make sense applies to women as well as men though. I guess that's what makes you want to run away?
What I mean is Tate says a lot of vile stuff as well as a lot of ridiculous stuff.

I've only attended one free week long online thing and it seemed ok if a bit too energetic for me. I can see that it works for a lot of people and is positive.

Anyway, pick another motivational coach that appeals and doesn't say stupid things. The problem with Tate is he says a lot of stuff that is morally wrong. Whether an easily influenced young male likes it or not, it should not be said. Someone else needs to be a beacon of light for such young men. Don't ask me who!

We’ve had this conversation before Hoofy. It’s YOU. But you’ve yet to step up.

But seriously, do you think that young men buy into this completely? I doubt it. Do you think everyone who buys into him thinks that running cam girls is a good thing? Of course not.

I think many men in today’s society feel disenfranchised and Tate says the things they feel. If better role models were to stand up and speak frankly they would probably be deemed NOT better role models.

Yeah, I get they're angry and he's saying what they're thinking.

Seems they paid zero tax, and somehow got away with it (until now, which I assume was only prompted due to their other issues):

On the plus side, it looks like they're genuinely making a st ton of money unlike the scammers on the FX scam thread!

Nice clip. "It's not my money" is a contrast to the "All tax is theft" viewpoint.

Those charges are still pending/awaiting the next stage, seems things move pretty slowly there.

I assume this new court hearing is part of a bigger thing? The news articles are a bit vague, but presumably D&C Police doing it rather than HMRC means it's not a run-of-the-mill tax case.

And why Devon and Cornwall Police? do the Tates have connections there? or are D&C responsible for cross border enquiries of this type?

The problem with those is that the longer time goes on, and the less likely any actual charges, court dates etc becomes. It starts to look like a hatchet job. Which then plays to the more daft section of their support as proof of a conspiracy.

Personally, I tend to agree with the statements above on Tate.

I have watched Tate Confidentials and see some of their posts on instagram, I think most people who like Tate just see those and think they're just a couple of rich lads selling courses and trolling lefties. If you just watch their videos it's mostly them driving to exotic places in supercars and taking the piss.

The actual evidence for their criminality isn't really brought across well by the media and if you're the sort of person who doesn't trust traditional media sources it's easy to believe it's all made up/ a matrix attack or whatever he calls it.

The Tates have a bit of an open goal because the messaging across 90% of their content isn't wrong.

If you're a man born in the 90s the message your whole childhood was to be nice, be academically successful (go to uni) and get a good job and you'll be successful. What actually happened was that uni saddled you with debt, the good job might pay £50k by the time you're 30 if you're lucky, but because of high inflation that £50k job doesn't get you the lifestyle you thought it would. It doesn't help that the modern world pretty much conspires to make you fat (slop food) demotivated (porn, social media doomscrolling etc) and lazy (games, the piss).

If you feel like you've been lied to by the system your whole life the message to not waste time wking, go to the gym and look for alternative sources of income to a normal wage; looks pretty appealing
Part in bold especially true!

That above photo - has to a ‘fake’ or this Tate guy simply joking?

No one would take that in any way seriously.

Can’t say I know much about his work. All the sons of friends and other younger guys i meet seem to be decent people.

Who remembers ‘Pick Up Artists’ and The Game by Neil something or other?

Similar treat women as objects/simpletons sexist claptrap.

Hundreds of courses with people paying £1000s to learn that you just have to have a bit of confidence, enough to say ‘hi’.

This Tate is in a similar vein but even more misogynistic?

Daughter of a friend has been doing a thesis on the Incel culture - thats quite scary!
